(Before You Advertise Please Read)

Advertising Terms And Conditions

Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to refuse service or remove any advertiser, text within an ad, image or website link at any time and for any reason we feel warrants such action without reimbursement. In the event Dog Breed Info Center® removes an advertiser, Dog Breed Info Center® will not be responsible to refund any unused ad time to the advertiser, however as a courtesy Dog Breed Info Center®, in most cases, will refund the equivalent funds to cover the amount of unused time left on an ad. This does not include free promotional funds or free ad pages. All accounts removed containing free promotional funds or free ad pages, will not be returned. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark, copyright infringements, sites containing, in our opinion, racial or hate motivated ads, inappropriate content for young audiences, not following our rules, or if we feel your kennel is unfit or for any other reason, in our opinion, we feel removal warrants. Dog Breed Info Center® does not allow, in any form, x-rated ads to appear. Dog Breed Info Center® does not knowingly list Puppy Mills or breeders that engage in dog fighting practices. If in the sole discretion of Dog Breed Info’s opinion, it is proven that one is a mill or engages in dog fighting practices, the ad will promptly be removed without reimbursement. Complaints will be investigated. Complaints must be accompanied by proof of abuse or neglect. I.e. police report, humane society investigation and conviction. If your kennel comes under question do not be surprised if you receive a phone call from Dog Breed Info Center®. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to resize images we feel are too large in file size. If we see that your ad images are too large in file size or format, we may resize them for you and re-insert them into your ad page. This is for the benefit of your ad's loading time and the success of the breeder listing in general. We feel you will be pleased as we will not resize your images unless they are obviously very large. Dog Breed Info Center® does not allow ads to advertise other breeder listings or classifieds on their ads. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to remove the plug for the other listing or to remove the entire ad if we feel it warrants. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to edit or remove any ads which, in our opinion, slander other breeders, people or clubs or have inappropriate content or for any other reason we feel warrants such action. We do not allow any ad to mention other breeders, clubs or people in a negative way against the will of the ones being mentioned and we reserve the right to edit or remove any ad which, in our opinion, violates this policy. When one runs an ad on the Dog Breed Info Center® one must choose the appropriate category in accordance with our information pages. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to remove any ad which does not follow our guidelines without reimbursement and with out contacting the person who is running the ad. If you have any questions regarding what is allowed, you agree to contact Dog Breed Info Center® and ask.

Foreseeable and whether or not Dog Breed Info Center® has been advised of the possibility thereof. Dog Breed Info Center® will not be liable for, or considered to be in breach of or in default, on account of any delay or failure to perform as anticipated by the parties, if its site becomes inoperable or incapable of performing as intended. Dog Breed Info Center® makes no representations that the operation of its site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. You further agree that you will not hold Dog Breed Info Center® responsible for any acts, errors, or commissions of any third party in connection with Dog Breed Info Center®, its web site, and/or sites linked through the Dog Breed Info Center® web site. Dog Breed Info Center® will put forth reasonable effort to make sure traffic delivered to an advertiser’s ad is unique.

It is a listers sole responsibility to keep their ad up to date. Dog Breed Info Center® is not responsible for bounced inquiries or out of date contact information. It is recommended a lister ads the domain names, dogbreedinfo.com and breederinfocenter.com to their email's white list in order to prevent email bounces from spam filters.

Classified Advertising on Dog Breed Info Center® is done on cost per full ad page basis. For Classified Ads, the will accept as payment, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, checks or money orders. All funds shall be in US dollars.

Privacy.
The information you supply to the Dog Breed Info Center® when registering will never be, sold, rented, given to any third party in any way or form.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices.
Without limiting any other remedies, Dog Breed Info Center® may suspend or terminate your account if Dog Breed Info Center® has reason to believe that you have engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive activity in connection with our web site. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any such activities.

Our web site acts solely as a venue for advertisers to list animals or items (or, as appropriate, solicit offers to buy). We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for anything that a seller or buyer may do. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or animals advertised the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items or anything else relating to the foregoing. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. At no time does Dog Breed Info Center® control or take title to any item animal or inventory advertised on the web site.

Because we are not involved in or responsible for the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, in the event that you have a dispute with a buyer or seller, as a condition of the use of our web site, you agree to and hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Dog Breed Info Center® (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

In the unlikely event that Dog Breed Info Center® should cease its operations, for any reason, Dog Breed Info Center® is not responsible to reimburse advertisers for unused ad time purchased, however out of courtesy, Dog Breed Info Center® will make every attempt to reimburse all advertisers up to one year of ad time purchased. We may, in our sole discretion, change or cease some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Dog Breed Info Center® website is available on an "as is" basis. Dog Breed Info Center® makes no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of any service provided by Dog Breed Info Center® for a particular purpose including, without limitation, the number of pageviews your ad receives, and the success of your listing. Dog Breed Info Center®, its employees, consultants, and other agents shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damage or expense (including attorney's fees) incurred by client as a result of any services provided Dog Breed Info Center® and/or its affiliates including, without limitation, the contents of any web sites or pages, any technical malfunction, computer error, loss of data, delay in operation, computer viruses, communication line failure, destruction or unauthorized use or access to any web sites or records or other injury, damage or disruption to client. Not with standing the foregoing, should Dog Breed Info Center® be liable for any reason, client agrees that in no event shall Dog Breed Info Center®'s liability ever exceed the total amount paid to Dog Breed Info Center® by client in six months prior to any alleged loss. In no event shall Dog Breed Info Center® be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or related.
