Oscar the 3 month old Bospin puppy (Boston Terrier / Min Pin mix)
The Bospin is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Boston Terrier and the Min Pin. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
"Trying to take a picture of the Christmas tree, our dog Piston loves to have his picture taken, so he jumped in front of the camera. Being so full of joy, I turned the camera on him. He loves it. What a ham!!"
"This is Sadey. She is a Miniature Pinscher and Boston Terrier cross, shown here at 8 weeks old."
"This is Sadey as a puppy at 9 weeks old. Her father was a Boston Terrier and her mother was a Miniature Pinscher."

"Sadey the black Bospin at 1 year and 4 months old—her best friend is a bunny. She is so lovable. She loves to learn new things, especially when treats are involved. She does not really resemble either breed, aside from her wrinkles, but some say she is just an overgrown Chihuahua. Her energy level is that of both breeds combined."
"This is my 3-month-old Boston Terrier / Miniature Doberman (Min Pin) girl. Her name is Myra. I took this picture 4 days after I got her. She is a very happy and playful puppy."
"This is Mijo, a Bospin (Boston / Min Pin mix) at 3 years old. He is a very outgoing, active dog. He has got to be the smartest. He knows lots of tricks such as sit, down, shake, high-five, touch spot, find it, roll over and many, many more. He loves his sister Roxy (Chihuahua / Toy Poodle mix); they play tug and chase every day."
"This is Roxie, our Bospin at 5 years old. We adopted her from a rescue. Due to her unique look and many questions on her breed we decided to have her DNA tested and it came back with only 2 breeds: Miniature Pincher and Boston Terrier. She is a wonderful mix, sweet as can be, very easy to train, minimal shedding, and gets along wonderfully with our guinea pig. She is 16 lbs. with no health problems. Roxie loves to sleep under the covers with you, snuggled right next to your legs. She is not real fond of the snow and loves to wear a sweater in the winter to keep the snow off her belly. She does great living in a condo. She is a great dog, we could not be any happier!"
