"Louie is a 5-year-old Dalmador. He is a very gentle dog for his size, he is really protective and learns very quickly, good natured and very calm and relaxed. He is our best friend forever and is spoiled rotten. His mother is a half Dalmatian / half Labrador Retriever and his father is a Dalmatian, which makes Louie a F1b Dalmador hybrid dog (3/4 Dalmatian 1/4 Labrador)."

Description

The Dalmador is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Labrador Retriever and the Dalmatian. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
