Fo-Tzu Puppies for Sale

Fo-Tzu

Shih-Tzu / Toy Fox Terrier Hybrid

The Fo-Tzu is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Shih-Tzu and the Toy Fox Terrier. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

Chloe, the Fo-Tzu puppy at about 1 year and 8 months old. "'We love Chloe. She is definitely the 'baby' of the family. She loves to be active when we are and to lounge around when we do. She goes jogging with me almost every day for 3 to 5 miles and she literally prances while I huff and puff next to her. She is quite the athlete and is so graceful. Sometimes she reminds me of a deer when she runs.

"Every night she sleeps with one of my children. They take turns with her. She knows that she is suppose to stay in whichever bed I place her. It's amazing how she just knows that she needs to stay where I put her. She usually goes to sleep with one of my younger children. Then when my 16-year-old goes to bed he often 'steals' Chloe from one of his younger siblings."

"Chloe also loves to play with other dogs and gets along well with all types of dogs. Our neighbors all have bigger dogs and Chloe loves to run around with them like she is part of their 'pack.' It's funny seeing a little dog like that who is perfectly comfortable 'hanging out' and frolicking with Labs and Boxers."

"Chloe still occasionally has an accident in the house, but it is rare. She is well potty-trained. She is also very healthy and weighs about 13 pounds."

Bentley the Fo-tzu

"Bentley the Fo-tzu. He loves all people and all pets. Not a mean bone in his body. Knows how to sit, lay down, stay and stand on command. I've heard him bark maybe twice in the year and a half I've had him. He is 1 year and 4 months old at the time. He's a cuddler as well when he winds down."
