Porsha the Schnauzer / Pom mix puppy at 12 weeks old (Schnauzeranian, also called Pom-A-Nauze, according to the ACHC)
The Pom-A-Nauze is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Schnauzer and the Pomeranian. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

"These beautiful babies are Pom A Nauze (Schnauzeranians) puppies at 2 weeks old. They are full of vim and vinegar! We have 1 male and 4 females. The mama is a salt/pepper Mini Schnauzer, 10 lbs., and the papa is a black/tan Pomeranian, 12 lbs. He doesn't want anything to do with the pups. She is a good mama to them, though."
