"This is my beautiful mutt named Demon (the name fit when he was a puppy). Demon is a 5-year-old Siberian Husky and a Rottweiler mix. Demon is a sweetheart until someone gets to close to the car when he is in it. He also becomes very defensive if you attempt to hurt me. Demon absolutely loves car rides, running around, I taught him how to give a high-five on command (which my friends love)! Demon also dislikes water, for example when it rains or giving him a bath. Demon is wonderful around children, he loves to play with children and run around with them. He likes to look out the front window of my house to watch the world go by. Demon's bad habits are running off on adventures if you leave the door open. He is a very curious dog. Demon loves a lot of attention and he is a very smart dog. I love him with all my heart!!"
The Rottsky is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Siberian Husky and the Rottweiler. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
