This is the miniature Hagen-Renaker Shih Tzu dog named “Mandy” designed by Maureen Love. It is item number 2076 and was first produced on the HR line in 1990. It is of a hand-painted black and white dog in a standing pose. Mandy has a blue bow in her top knot. She measures 1 1/2 inch tall from the ground to the top of the head, 2 inches long from the back of the legs to the front of the face and about 1 inch wide across the front of the chest. Made in the USA
