"Reilly, my purebred Australian Kelpie was the runt of the litter. He is 6 months old and about 25 1/2 inches (650mm tall) in this picture. This is a normal sleeping position for him. Was his mother scared by a kangaroo? Reilly loves going everywhere. His favorite pastime is trying to catch multiple tennis balls, herding our 2 cats, and running. Three times a day we take Reilly out in the car to a LONG dirt road where he runs beside the car barking and yelping at us through the window. Please note Reilly does not chase cars!! Only runs WITH us. His average speed is 18mph (30kmh) with an average distance of 6-11 miles (10-18km.). If he is not 'run' then he can become quite disruptive.
