Kai the male Alaskan Malamute puppy at 4 months old—"Kai was a great puppy, fun and always on the move. He liked to dig my garden up, especially the flower beds. He took great pleasure in ripping apart soft toys. He did not really chew on anything in the house. He is now nearly 3 and has calmed down a lot. He has a great temperament with kids that he meets, gets on well with the cat and tortoise and even lets the tortoise nibble on his bones. He does sometimes get aggressive with other dogs, mainly males. I don't let my guard down when walking him. He is pretty good off the lead, but sometimes doesn't come back till it suits him, which can be frustrating! He is an excellent companion and I couldn't ask for a better dog. He is always happy to see me, and greets anyone coming to the door. Especially the takeaway delivery driver."
