"Amelia is a 4-year-old Boston Terrier that was adopted from the Boston Terrier Rescue of North Carolina (BTRNC.org). She has a white face and blue eyes. She came from an abusive home and has a tremendous fear of men. She also displays a great amount of separation anxiety which I have been working to alleviate over the past year since her adoption. Aside from that, she is a beautiful dog. She loves to cuddle under the covers and is a big fan of giving kisses. She gets along wonderfully with her older brother, Mackey, who is a 4-pound Yorkie. She has truly changed my life. While her anxiety and allergies (because of her pigment) have been a challenge to maintain, she is a joy and is a wonderful apartment dog that loves to go for walks."

Meet Belle's Greek Sun Apollo aka Apollo—"At Apollo's first vet visit, it was discovered that Apollo had a serious heart defect and required immediate surgery or would eventually die. Heartbroken, his owner went home to think about her options as it was a $2000 surgery, and poured her heart out on a Boston Terrier message board. The next time she checked the board in the following day or two, there were many, many messages from other BT owners, most of whom wanted to know how they could send some money to her to save Apollo. The kindness of strangers was/is overwhelming, and Apollo is thriving today, having just turned 1 year old."
