Akbash Dog / Rottweiler Mixed Breed Dogs

Information and Pictures

Daisy the Rottweiler / Akbash mix breed dog at 9 months old—"I have the most wonderful puppy named Daisy. While I am sure everyone thinks their dog is the best, mine is far and away the best for me! She was a rescue. She and her sister were found by the side of the road as puppies at about 4 weeks of age. They were both luckily taken in by a loving family who cared for them until I found her at 8 weeks. She is an Akbash / Rottie mix. Her exercise routine is quite extensive with an hour walk in the morning and at least two hours of park playtime during the day or evening. I think it is because of that, that I have yet to lose one thing to her mouth! I am amazed almost daily at how she is growing into herself and developing into quite the little protector."

Description

The Akbash Rottie is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Akbash Dog and the Rottweiler. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
