Jaguars are popular as a symbol for the Jaguar car company that make fast luxury cars. The jaguar animal tends to sneak up on their prey and do not have to run fast for long distances, but they can sprint up to 30 to 40 miles an hour. An adult Jaguar weighs about 200 to 250 pounds.
