Zoey the English Shepherd puppy at 4 months old laying in the grass.
This is Tiberius Encinitas Rex (a noble Roman dog) who was 5 years old in 2004. His breeder said he was a "runt" and not typical in the coloration desired. He weighs 55 pounds full grown.
Tiberius has beautiful markings that include one blue and one brown eye. It is hard to capture in a photo, but Tiberius has black markings (lines, really) around the ruff of his shoulders, on the outer edges of his ears, down the entire circumference of his tail, and as "eyeliner" on his bottom eyelids. These markings were more pronounced when he was younger, but still very noticeable, the eyeliner actually becoming more pronounced with age.
Rex the English Shepherd at 1 year old—"Rex is an English Shepherd. He has an odd face, which doesn't fit breed standard."
