"Rayne is an English Setter / Boxer mix shown here as a 4 month old puppy. I think she is a perfect mix of both breeds! She has the beautiful spots like a setter, but a short coat like a Boxer. She is very active but also very intelligent. She has a great temperament, great with children as well as adults. Loves other dogs."

Description

The English Boxetter is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Boxer and the English Setter. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
