The Pomimo is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the American Eskimo and the Pomeranian. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

Pushkin the Pomeranian / American Eskimo mix—"This is a picture of our dog Pushkin, who passed away. He was a super, wonderful dog. Great temperament. He was often mistaken for a puppy throughout his life. He averaged about 18 lbs. Well behaved, extremely tolerant of children even when they did things that probably annoyed him. Extremely social, loved to be around people. Liked to eat carrots. He would often spend 3-4 minutes "making his bed" adjusting blankets and towels to get it just right."
