The Presa Dane is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Presa Canario and the Great Dane. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

Brother to Shiloh "shown above" Tucker weighs about 180lbs and is 34 inches at the shoulders at 15 months old. He is truly a gentle giant. He gets along great with other animals and people due to him having a calm, assertive pack leader as an owner. The Presa Danes are great dogs with great temperaments, highly intelligent with great guarding instincts. They are extremely loyal to their family. They do however need a firm hand in training, socialization, and discipline to become healthy, happy, and balanced dogs. They also are great in apartments if they get at least an hour if good exercise a day."
