Venus the Siberian Retriever at 5 years old—"I got Venus from my parents when she was 3 1/2 yrs old. My parents got her from an animal rescue in Ohio. She has a female littermate that my little sister adopted. But due to living arrangements, my sister had to give her sister away. Mom thought Venus would be better suited for me. I have severe anxiety especially in public. Venus is my everything now. She is being trained to be my support companion. I will never have a different breed. She's so loyal, gentle, playful & obedient. She's great with other pets including cats. Always eager to please. Easily potty trained. Also she is extremely protective of her family including her kitty family. She's so funny! She does some of the most off the wall things. She can be a little clumbsy at times but that makes her fit in with the family even more. She's the best I've ever come across. She does need room to run. Thankfully she's microchiped."

Douglass and Dexter the Siberian Retrievers at 10 months old—"Douglass (brown) and Dexter (yellow) are 10 month old Siberian Retriever's. Their mom was a purebred black Lab and dad was a Siberian Husky. We did a DNA test which confirmed the ancestry back 3 generations. There was a litter of 9 pups and these two were lucky enough to get to stay together. They are very hyper (when they don't get enough exercise). They are highly motivated by food and very intelligent. And most of all they LOVE water and mud!!"
